Dear Customer the following rules apply to your purchased items delivery!
A: We dispatch orders daily,
B: We used both Express Couriers and Australia Post services; you will have an option to choose during the order process,
C: 90% of our orders are received within 7 working days,
D: You may choose a courier service but we reserve the right to use our choice of delivery services, for many reasons,
F: If we do not have an item that you have ordered in-stock we will endeavour to get it, or contact you to discuss, we will update you via your email address provided when you placed the order,
G: If you have ordered multiple items and one item is sold out we may just send your order excluding that item. We will not charge you for that item,
H: Once a order has been processed and shipped it is up to the service provider to deliver the goods on-time, an example; we have no control over Australia post delivering an overnight bag to you under there “next business day” service to your door,
I: Feel free to login and check the status of your order at any time. PS: Please be reassured that we want to get your order to you as fast as possible and we will do it 99% of the time!
J: We send items all over the world!
H: We will charge you the actual cost to us from the freight provided for sending your order to its destination, we will not try to make money from freight, we will not give you false intentions or try to catch you in the fine print in relation to free freight gimmicks.
You will be given different freight option at the end of the order process, we will contact you if we need more freight charges to cover your order.
